Leslie was catapulted into the ministry in 1988, after being newly energized by the Spirit of God. She quickly sensed her career changing from a bank manager and commercial loan officer in Florida to worldwide ministry. Her education has uniquely prepared her for the current world harvest with a degree in finance from Stetson University, a certificate from RHEMA Bible Training Center, a bachelor's degree in church administration, a master's in theology from Life Christian University and a conferred doctorate.
